Hi - I'm Jackie Durbin

and before I ever handed anyone a set of house keys, I handed out pencils, gold stars, and a whole lot of patience.

For nearly twenty years, I taught 4th and 5th grade, first in my hometown of Louisville, Kentucky, and later in Arizona. Teaching gave me a front-row seat to something I still carry with me every day: the belief that everyone deserves someone in their corner who listens closely, explains clearly, and never gives up on them. When I stepped into real estate in 2018, I didn't leave that teacher's heart behind. I brought it with me.

Today I help buyers and sellers all across the East Valley, including Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley. Whether you're a first-time buyer with a hundred questions or a seller ready for your next chapter, I bring the same patience, honesty, and hand-holding I once gave my students, just with a lot more paperwork and a lot fewer pencils.

Outside of real estate, my heart belongs to my family. I have four kids: three amazing adult daughters and an 11-year-old son who's on the spectrum and keeps me on my toes in the best way. I recently earned my favorite title yet, Mimi, and there's nothing I love more than a big, loud family trip to Disney, "plus 1's" included. When I'm not chasing grandbabies or planning the next Disney trip, you'll usually find me curled up with a good book.

I believe buying or selling a home should feel less like a transaction and more like being guided by someone who genuinely cares, because for me, it is. I'd love the chance to be your realtor, your advocate, and maybe even your favorite teacher, one closing at a time.
